Giving respect to the Rose… a perfect balance and still complex.
Epoch’s first ever rose was made through a variety of ways: whole cluster pressing, destemmed berry pressing (with and without skin contact), and finally a small portion of saignee from one of our Grenache tanks. This wine is bright and delicious with a myriad of fruit aromas and flavors: strawberry, raspberry, white peach, kiwi and a slight hint of fresh watermelon. This wine is made for your hedonistic enjoyment today, tomorrow and throughout the next year! 249 cases produced. (Not reviewed)
