Each week, Artisan will team up a chosen local winery, farmer and/or rancher with Chef Chris Kobayashi, creating a menu specifically tailored to that night's selection. Winemakers or representatives from Paso's most esteemed wineries, farms and ranches will be present to mingle with diners and answer questions. View the calender and menus.
