Meet the Property & Barn Team

Diana Rovenstine

Property Manager

Diana and her husband, Tim, are the two most veteran members of the Epoch family, joining in 2008.  Diana manages all of Epoch's facilities, and she is considered the resident "House Mom" by the entire Epoch staff.  We don't know what we would do without her (seriously) as our properties continue to grow and change everyday!  When she is not taking care of us, Diana enjoys spending time with her family which includes her sweet new granddaughter!  You may contact Diana about anything property related at

Tim Rovenstine

Ranch Manager

Tim manages all of the Epoch properties which is quite a feat: Paderewski, Catapult, and York Mountain.  Tim is a wiz on the tractor and can handle just about anything the ranches throws his way.  He has even been known to tackle a rattlesnake or two!  When not at work, you can find him tinkering in his garage or spending time with his family. Tim's email is but we are not sure if he ever checks it.

Will West

Ranch Hand

Besides having the perfect last name for a Ranch Hand, Will West has plenty of experience with the outdoors since he previously worked at Big Creek Lumber.  He has also worked as an EMT, so we are comforted in knowing Will is on hand in case of an emergency. When he is not working, Will loves spending time with his girlfriend and her kids at the park or lake.  We are so thankful to have Will helping Tim maintain our beautiful properties.  You may reach Will at

Jenna Rovenstine

Vendor and Farmhouse Liaison | Resident Historian

Jenna is Tim and Diana's daughter and graduated with a History major at Cal Poly.  Ever the History junky, Jenna is now studying for her masters with said subject while working full-time at Epoch as our Vendor and Farmhouse Relations.  Jenna's extensive knowledge of Paso Robles, the York family, and Paderewski (this Polish Statesman and former owner of our Paderewski Vineyard was the focus of Jenna’s Senior Project) makes her a real asset to our team and undoubtedly one of our most interesting tour guides on York Mountain!  You can contact Jenna with inquiries about York/Paderewski history, our Farmhouse, upcoming travel to Paso Robles, and donations at

Clay Roventine

Fleet Maintenance | Vineyard Assistant

Clay is Tim and Diana’s son and Jenna’s brother (is it obvious that we adore the Rovenstine family?!?).  Clay got his first taste of Epoch when he helped with Harvest 2009 at the ripe age of 16.  He now works for us full-time as our Fleet Maintenance/Vineyard Assistant.  This means Clay works closely with our Vineyard team to make sure all of our equipment is working and available at each of our vineyards as needed.  He also helps his Dad on the ranch side of things and is our Resident Welder; he has crafted a few amazing tables for our Tasting Room as well as a barrel hoist systen fondly called “the Kraken." Ü He and his wife, Shyanne, have a precious daughter, Chelsie, and a son-on-the-way!

Mark Little

York Mountain Caretaker

Mark officially joined Team Epoch in the fall of 2012 but has always been a great mouthpiece for the brand, as he is a longtime Armstrong friend and Bill's SMU Fraternity Brother.  Go Ponies!!!  Mark is our York Mountain Caretaker and also spends a good amout of time working our percherons with Annie.  Mark grew up riding horses in Texas and Missouri, so he is passionate about keeping our Percherons safe and in shape, as well as preserving the beauty and peacefulness of our beloved York Mountain. You may contact him with questions about the mountain, or really, anything about Epoch at

Annie DeFeyter

Equine Manager

Annie DeFeyter is no stranger to the Central Coast, as she grew up in Goleta (near Santa Barbara) and went to college at Cal Poly.  However, it was goats that led her up to Paso Robles.  You read that right…goats…Annie has 70 of them, and she runs her own goat business on 10 acres right here in Paso!  Annie studied Animal Science and Agriculture at Cal Poly, so we feel so fortunate to have her background and expertise in our barn!  We are also happy to put Annie’s Green Thumb to work in our Epoch gardens. Ü

Anna Beraud

Barn Hand

Growing up with dairy goats, chicken, and dogs, Anna has appreciated livestock from an early age.  This interest led her to Cal Poly where she is currently earning her degree in Animal Science.  While she has been trail riding her whole life, her love for riding reached new heights when she enrolled at Cal Poly and had access to their many equestrian centers and classes.  On top of all that, Anna has earned her spurs working at cattle ranches where she mastered the art of roping/working cattle.  As you can tell, Anna was the perfect candidate to join our equestrian team this fall as our barn hand.  Ü
