Steve George is our resident architect managing all historic renovations as well as our new building projects. For those of you who have visited our tasting room, you can attest to the fact that Steve has a gift for creating the coolest single-wide trailers in town! Steve also worked his magic on the fabulous renovation of our charming 1892 York Farm House, the picturesque Bunk House which houses the Tasting Room restrooms, and our stunning state-of-the-art Horse Barn. You can contact Steve with inquiries about our world-class facilities at firstname.lastname@example.org
Brian Korte is the creative brains behind Epoch’s winery and upcoming tasting room. Brian first met the Armstrongs when he was a partner with Lake | Flato Architects and the firm was hired to design their Denver home. Bill and Liz were so impressed with the final product that Brian and his team were selected as the architects to transform a decrepit, abandoned machine shop into an award-winning, kickass AOG office in lower Downtown Denver (this architectural undertaking received a National AIA Honor Award and an AISC Honor Award, among many other local and regional architectural honors) Now Brian (who has started his own company), alongside his former Lake | Flato teammates, Vicki Yuan, David Ericsson (aka Little Chef), and Karla Edwards, are at it again, working with Steve George to facilitate several transformations on the York Mountain property, including the newly completed winery and Tasting Room which is currenly under construction. We can’t wait for everyone to visit York Mountain when all is completed! To see more of Brian's work, check out his website!
