A beautiful white that’s made from 47% Grenache Blanc, 45% Viognier and the balance Roussanne, the 2013 White offers clean, classy notes of apple blossom, citrus rind and salty minerality to go with a medium-bodied, balance and nicely focused feel on the palate. Aged 6 months on less, in 25% concrete, 33% Stainless and the rest in neutral oak, this beauty has both richness and freshness. Drink it over the coming 1-2 years. – August 2014 (Jeb Dunnuck)

The 2013 White is nicely layered in this vintage. White and yellow stone fruits meld into flowers and mint. In 2013, the greater presence of Viognier adds texture, body and volume. – July 2014 (Antonio Galloni)

The 2012 Epoch White is one of the most beautiful, striking wines of the vintage. Apricot, peach, mint and white flowers all meld together in this deeply satisfying, rich, resonant wine. All the elements are perfectly balanced in this delicious white. – July 2013 (Antonio Galloni)

The 2012 Epoch White is fantastic blend... from the Catapult and Paderewski vineyards.  It brings gorgeous aromas and flavors of tropical fruits, vanilla, melon, stony mineral, white blossom, white pepper and dew notes.  It has a wonderful rich texture that is balanced by just the right touch of acidity.  This is a delicious wine that should develop nicely over the next few years. Best 2014-2020. – December 2013 (Joe D'Angelo)

Half of this wine was raised in concrete eggs and the rest in neutral oak and stainless steel):  Light yellow.  Fresh citrus fruits and pear skin on the pungent, mineral-tinged nose.  Juicy, palate-coating orchard fruit flavors show very good depth and pick up a bitter quinine nuance with air.  Honey and floral notes emerge on the clinging finish.  This hefty but lively wine will be extremely flexible at the table. – November/December 2013 (Josh Raynolds)
