Shipping Policy
Wine Shipment Policies
We are currently able to ship wine to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, and WA. If you do not see your state listed, please see our alternate shipping policy below.
Weather permitting, we will begin shipping the wines from this offering during the week of March 26th. We plan to only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure your wine arrives at your doorstep within the same week. Your order may be placed on a "weather hold" if the weather conditions are not conducive to shipping wine. We will send you an email notification when your wine ships.
For all states, you have the option of selecting one of three service levels from UPS (Standard Overnight, 2nd Day, Ground). For AZ, CA and NV, you have an additional option of GSO Ground (next day).
Please let us know if you have any shipping changes that are made after your order is placed, so that we can update your shipping information before your order is shipped. All shipping changes must be submitted by Monday, March 12th. If the wines are re-routed or returned we will have to charge the customer for any related shipping fees.
For those of you that will be in the area, we will be having our first Pickup Party at our York Mountain Tasting Room on Saturday, March 24th. More details will be emailed to those who choose the "Paso Pickup" option at check-out. If you are unable to attend the party and plan on being in the Paso Robles area between March 26th and September 3rd, please select "Paso Pickup" as your shipping option. More details will be emailed to you about this once the release has ended.
Adult Signature Required at Delivery
Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. The person ordering and receiving the delivery must be at least 21 and may be required to sign for the wine and show evidence of age.
Alternate Shipping Policy
We hope you understand that we are only able to ship to a limited number of states with this release. If you reside in a state where we do not presently ship, we would like to suggest the following shipping alternatives.
1. Ship to a friend, associate or family member located in a state where we presently ship.
2. Use an "Alternate Shipper". To do this please select "Paso Pickup" as your shipping option. In the notes section please list which shipper you have chosen.
We recommend the following companies listed below that specializes in receiving and forwarding wine on behalf of customers who live in states where wineries do not ship. If you select this option, we would ship the wines to you, in care of your account at one of these locations, via UPS Ground (an inexpensive method). These companies would then facilitate the forward shipment of wine from your "California address" to the state of your choice.
