You better bet that we will repurpose an original building before we even think about dismantling one! Our Tasting Room restrooms are a great example of this preservation mindset. This well-weathered building once served as a bunkhouse for the York Family and now serves as our restrooms. Though updated with today’s necessities, the restrooms hold reflections of the past. Inside, the walls are lined with photos, giving you a glimpse of how our property has matured over the years. Not that we are biased, but these are some of the cutest restrooms you will ever see!
Built in 1933, the Cottage was the preferred home to two generations of York grandparents. Spending their golden years atop York Mountain (not to shabby if you ask us), they would take in the beauty of the property by an afternoon walk or enjoy sunset with a glass of wine. In 2013, we updated the Cottage to incorporate many of today’s modern conveniences. Today, the welcoming space is once again occupied by family and friends enjoying everything this rockin’ region has to offer.
